How Our Adoption Process Works
The journey of bringing your new companion home begins with applying online.
Apply Online
To find the perfect fit, we'll reach out to discuss your application and interests.
Follow Up Meet Greet
If everything seems promising, we'll schedule a meet-and-greet including any resident pets with your potential new family member.
Home Check Final Adoption
When there's mutual affection, we'll finalize the adoption process. This includes a home visit to confirm suitability for all parties involved and signing an adoption agreement along with providing medical records and vaccinations, deworming treatment and AVID microchipping for the pet.
Understanding Our Commitment
Please be aware that should any situation arise making it incompatible with your current lifestyle or household after adopting our animals, you are required to return them to us. Our ultimate goal is never to have one of our rescues up on the streets agn or in shelters.
An adoption fee covers only a portion of our expenses for each animal $400 on average for medical care, food, and boarding. The adoption fee helps cover some costs but does not fully compensate for all that we provide. Most rescued pets have experienced neglect at one time or another; thus, they've ured the hardships in shelters or outdoors.
Adoption at New Beginnings for Animals is a passion and commitment, not a business model designed to generate profit. We rely on private donations, corporate charitable programs, fundrsing events, and grants from foundations to fund our operations.

Thank you for choosing adoption over buying from breeders or pet stores that source animals from puppy mills. Your decision leads to countless positive impacts in the lives of these rescued pets and their families.
